Cover your ears with the professional headset if you want to get that perfect sound without irritation in your ears. I have tried so many brands and I only stick to the one that has good quality sound. You’ll see the difference between the local brand to hi-end by just listening to the quality of sound provided by each ear piece. The professional ear piece is so gentle to the ears, as if you are not using a headset. It has  a surround capability and so cool to hear the sound.

When do you cover your ears with the headset? Personally, when I’m in the car as passenger and having a road trip. When I’m about to nap and want to hear my fave songs. When I’m in the bus or when the surrounding is very noisy. And lastly, when I’m doing my walking exercise.

My husband interviewed me regarding why I started working out. He prepared at least 15 questions and I gave him my honest and just answers. The reason why he has to ask me because it was a part of his term papers to be submitted in nursing school few days after the interview. Some of the questions are the following : What is the main reason you   started working out. What are the secondary reason. What are the changes on your body after working out for a month. What is your main concern about the workout. What kind of workout do you use, and many more questions.

I’ll point out here my main reason and secondary why I indulged in exercise. First, I want to rip my abs and toned it so well. I have excess fats on that area and I want to change it into muscles. Second reason is to have an extra energy that I could use in my day to day activities. I have three kids to attend to and so I want to achieve a stronger body. I don’t take any supplement to get rid of the fats. But if you want, you could read Ripped Freak reviews and decide which supplement that you can use to help you get rid of the fats. Good luck!

I’m so amazed how pets ( such as cats and dogs) are treated fairly here in the US. Majority of people here are pet lovers and they have at least one pet per household. These owners are giving much love to their pets by giving them proper shelter like cat bed , pet foods, clothing, proper hygiene and walk the pets in the neighborhood regularly even if they are so tired from work. Yes, they treat pets like their own kids. In fact, some couples prefer to have pets than having kids.

Even in the shopping stores, pets has special aisle  where you can buy different stuffs intended for pets. They are many pet shops around where exclusively selling pet gadgets. How amazing isn’t it? I can’t find the same treatment for pets back in the country where I came from. There, the pets are just anywhere in the road looking for foods and shelter. But of course, there are some who truly love their pets and sleep with them at night.

I’m wondering what happened now to those people that I know who lived day by  and talking about these rich individuals who are willing to buy gold bars. I counted the years of their transactions and it reached more than a decade and nothing happened. The alleged suppliers of gold are still in poverty because they all believed that the supply were in the secret place. Meetings after meetings and contracts to be signed were presented and yet the promised millions were yet to be found, LOL! Oh yes I know these true stories because the people involved were visible to my eyes. They lived in front of our house. They asked me to print those contracts and seemed so believable but in the back of my mind, those are nothing but all crap. The neighbor died few years ago with empty handed.

The best way to maximized your space when living in a small flat is to have a sofa bed in the living room. Don’t worry about how you make the bed in the morning because it has a daybed bedding attached to it. You can compliment the color by having a coordinating sheet and accent intended for this kind of a bed. It is easy to install so you have nothing to worry about it. The small space has commonly have one bedroom but with the sofa-bed you have, your guest could still sleep comfortably during the sleep over at your place.

Have you heard about this extreme workout called P90x by beach body dot com? Well, I’m hook on this workout for 3 weeks now. Everyday I workout to see the result in 90days. According to the author of this extreme workout, that the kind of exercises are not for everybody. From the word extreme, it means you have to be athletic and no health problem or else this might be the cause of your death. It is clearly stated in his book to discontinue using the program if you feel uncomfortable during the exercise.

I’ll try my best to finish the 90 days and then I’ll just do twice a week after that. So far, my lower body is already toned. The reason why I tried this P90x is that I want to get rid of my excess fats from pregnancy as well as the “love handles” on the sides. If you ask me if its really effective workout, my answer would be yes as long as you work for it. Remember, no pain no gain. By the way, I weigh 100lbs -104lbs right now and I love working out. I promised to myself before that as soon as I’m done with my last pregnancy, I have to get back to fitness. And I am.

In every competition, which ever category it may belong, there’s always a winner. When there is a winner , there’s a prize. The most common prize for the champion, aside from monetary is no other than a trophy. What if a certain trophy is made from a real gold without fake-plated in it? Do you think the champions would display those trophies in the office where people could see them? I don’t think so. They might prefer to put it in a safety deposit box as a collection and would try to compete again to win another trophy. Until now, I wonder why the trophy is not really real thing with monetary value on it.

Well, as what the majority say : it’s not the price that count, its the value you put in it, so the person who receives it should treasure the trophy for life and be a part of the life that once the person received such recognition .

Today was just so unusual for me because my middle daughter didn’t let me rest the whole day. She demanded a lot of things and cried and whined non-stopped. How I wished we have dre headphones around the house so I could just plug in my ears and listen to the music instead of the noise my kid produced. In some part of the day, I granted her request to go to the park . We stayed there for couple of hours. I thought she would be contented for two hours but I was wrong. She continued her attitude when we got home. She never been this way before.

The husband and I asked ourselves why all of the sudden she is a whiner. I guess she got influenced from school or TV, we don’t know. I felt like I don’t know her anymore. She used to be sweet, playful and occupied even when her youngest sister was born several months ago. I wish my daughter will get back to her old self. No crying and whining.

With the economic crisis now a days, people would tend to accept jobs even if it’s not their line of interest. They have no choice but to accept it in order to generate income. It’s true that no matter where you are, even if you live in the first world country, finding jobs that suit you are not available at the moment . There are  many applicants applying for one position, the one lucky applicant would get it and the rest would try their best until they could find one. You better try the subway jobs while waiting for the next vacant position for you. It is always better to have a temporary job than sitting around and do nothing.

If given a chance to work a regular job someday I would. But for now, I would prefer to stay-at-home and take care of the three kids. I’ll do my best to nurture them and so they wouldn’t  tell or  blame me someday for leaving them to other people on the moments that they needed me most. I understand for other mothers that they need to go to work in order to support the family financially. But I don’t salute mothers who decided to leave the young kids behind ( even if they don’t really need the money because its all provided by the head of the family).

I was in my 4th year of college and I was excited because its my last year till I graduate with my Bachelors degree. I went to get my on the job training at a famous Television Network of the country. I was assigned as a Production Assistant for the morning show. I remember I went to work at 4AM to 9:30AM in the morning.

One time I spent the night at the station, so I didn’t need to wake up early at home or spend money. Usually early in the morning I had to take a cab to get to the station which is expensive. That night I choose the Assistant Producer’s cubicle to sleep in, the thing is while sleeping I accidentally kick his name plaques and one of the letters fell off. It’s funny every time I think about it now, but of course I was scared when that happened. I for sure ask for forgiveness then I got him a new one, just because I need to have my good grades of course.

Now that my little girl is turning 4 yrs old, this coming June 23rd. My husband and I are now talking about having our second baby. I will say I love being pregnant, I like the instant special attention that a pregnant woman gets from her family and other people. Of course, I love having a new bundle of joy in the house.

Today I took out all my cheap maternity clothes that I saved in the closet from my first pregnancy. They are just Cheap Maternity Clothes, but they are “trendy” when it comes to fashion. They made me look pretty! I am also planning to buy some new ones, but not that many though, because of course, my priority for shopping will be for the baby!
